DJ Subculture A.K.A. Thomas Fox, born and raised in Los Angeles, Ca. Growing up in a family of musicians,
he was exposed to all styles of music genres, from Gospel to Jazz, Funk and RnB. At a
young age he took drum lessons.
In his early teens, DJ Subculture's musical tastes became very eclectic, ranging from
Rock to New Wave, to Punk and Ska. While living in Hawaii, at the age of 19, DJ Subculture had a
chance meeting with DJ Marcos "Markie B" Bernardez, he began to deejay. Originally into Hip Hop. DJ Subculture,
played mostly private parties and some clubs. By the early 1990s he switched to House music, and never looked back.
Starting in 2005, DJ Subculture began spinning for various online radio stations.
DJ Subculture currently plays for FaceTheBass.com and SweatZoneMusic.com. Wednesday afternoon broadcasting live on FaceTheBass.Com
